We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital PR Assistant to join us and help take our community to the next level.
The Role
We need a proactive assistant based in Europe to work closely with our founder to grow and nurture our member base. You will play a key role in expanding our network and ensuring our current members stay engaged, active, and supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Member Growth & Attraction: Identify and reach out to potential new members (Digital PR specialists, SEO professionals, and content strategists) to invite them to join the community.
- Retention Strategies: Collaborate on new ideas and initiatives to keep our current members active, valued, and engaged.
- Community Management Support: Assist with managing our community platforms (such as Slack), welcoming new members, and fostering daily interactions.
- Event & Content Promotion: Help spread the word about our upcoming masterclasses, workshops, and community events to drive attendance and engagement.
Requirements
- Based in Europe (to align with our primary time zones).
- Background or strong interest in Digital PR, SEO, communication, or community management.
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable reaching out to industry professionals.
- Experience using Slack and social media platforms (especially LinkedIn) is a major plus.
